250 g of mascarpone
2 packages of biscuits with spoon
3 eggs
80 g caster sugar
100 g dark chocolate chips
Bitter cocoa powder
2 cups of strong, cold coffee

 

Steps

Step 1

Prepare the mascarpone cream. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whip the yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens, then stir in the mascarpone. Whip the whites into firm snow, gently add them to the yolks.

2nd step

Mount the tiramisù. Soak the coffee biscuits, line the bottom of a dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, cover with half of the mascarpone cream. Repeat: biscuits, chips, cream. Cover with a film and reserve in the fridge for at least 4 hours. When serving, sprinkle with cocoa.
