ingredients

1 Moelleux All Chocolate 500 g Ker Cadélac
100 g of mascarpone
5 cl whole cream
10 g icing sugar
5 drops of pink food coloring
5 drops of blue food coloring
1 jar of multicolored mini sugar balls
1 Cupcakes kit (boxes casings pastry bag)
1 round cookie cutter 5 cm in diameter

Steps

Step 1

Cut two thick slices (4 cm) into the Moelleux Tout Chocolat , previously removed from its opening.

Using a cookie cutter, make a circle in each slice.

Arrange them in two boxes of different colors (pink and blue) and adjust the height of the Fluffy so that they shave their box.

2nd step

In a salad bowl, mix the mascarpone, the liquid cream and the icing sugar.

Divide the preparation into two and add blue dye in one, from pink to pink.

Step 3

Make a blue rosette, then a rose rosette on the bases of Moelleux Tout Chocolat, using the pastry bag.

Sprinkle the multicolored marbles on the rosettes and reserve until they are ready to serve.
