• 1 roll of broken dough
• 1 sweet onion
• 2 beautiful fennel bulbs with leaves
• 1 tbsp. to c. of anise seeds
• 3 eggs
• 15 cl of cream
• 15 g of butter
• 2 tbsp. to s. oil

Steps

Step 1

Finely slice the fennel bulbs, keep the leaves apart.
Slice the onion finely.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion for 2 minutes, stirring over low heat.
Add the fennel (without the leaves), cook for 10 min.
Salt, pepper with the mill, remove fire.

2nd step

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (tea 7).
Garnish with the dough a buttered pie pan 26 cm in diameter.
Mingle in an egg and cream bowl, add anise seeds, chopped fennel leaves, salt, freshly ground pepper.

Step 3

Spread the vegetables on the dough.
