4 swordfish patches (about 400 g)
400 g sliced ​​Paris mushrooms
2 yellow onions, peeled and chopped
10 branches of chopped parsley
4 sheets of brick
3 tbsp. to s. olive oil

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a casserole over medium heat. Add the onions, let them brown for 2 minutes, then the mushrooms. Salt, pepper, add parsley, stir and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then put the swordfish patties for 5 minutes on each side. Drain and reserve.

2nd step

Place a pad of swordfish in the center of each sheet of pastry and cover with 2 tbsp. to s. mushrooms. Form a slipper by folding the edges of the leaf and brush with oil; do the same for the 3 others. Place the crisp on the baking sheet, bake and brown for 5 minutes. Serve hot with the rest of the mushrooms and a curly salad.
