ingredients
500 g large onions
1 roll of broken dough
1 tbsp. to s. liquid honeycomb
1 tbsp. to c. shaved leaves of dried thyme
1 small red pepper (or 1/4 tsp chilli powder)
1 tbsp. to s. olive oil
Steps
Step 1
Peel and finely slice the onions. Pour 5 cl of water in a nonstick skillet, add the finely chopped pepper, oil, onions, salt. Mix, close and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove the lid, cook for 5 min on low heat. Take off the heat, add the honey and thyme, mix well, let cool.
2ND STEP
With the dough, line a pie dish of ø 22-23 cm. Pour the onions on the dough without packing them. Place approx. 10 min in the fridge, preheat the oven to 200 ° C (item 6). Bake 15-20 minutes. When the dough is well cooked, enjoy hot.
tips
Idea to change: replace the thyme with a good pinch of dried oregano.
