What is the detox?

Detox is a cure mainly based on fresh fruits and vegetables in liquid form (juice, soups ). It purifies the body by removing toxic substances of internal or external origin (accumulated by stress , tobacco, pollution and poor nutrition) and putting the digestive system at rest. The key is a boost of energy, since 60% of it is used for digestion, a more radiant skin and a feeling of well-being and lightness. For an effective cure that promotes the elimination of toxins, stop alcohol, tobacco, coffee, fat, sugar and refocus on healthy foods handpicked. Exit also difficult to digest dairy products, meats, fish that need to be chewed. This vegan diet forbids solid and semi-solid foods. The detox favors raw products (cold pressed), so as not to destroy vitamins and nutrients during cooking and thus bring the essential elements: carbohydrates, lipids, vegetable proteins, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A CURE?

24 hours detox

Always make seasonal fruit and vegetable preparations if you're just getting into the 100% liquid day experience. Peeled and pressed by the minute, their grinding facilitates digestion. And consuming them raw can preserve all their nutritional benefits. But limit yourself to one day only, to avoid deficiencies.

In the morning Put in the centrifuge 2 carrots, 1 lemon, 1 pineapple, 1 banana. Add two cups of mineral water. Sugar if necessary with a spoonful of agave syrup.

Midday Mix 1 cucumber, 1 apple, 1 pepper, 1 avocado, 1 beet, 1 tomato and 1 celery stalk.
