- 2 sachets of 300 g of nature ravioli "A poêler" (Saint Jean)
- 2 courgettes
- 3 tbsp. tablespoon of guacamole
- 3 tbsp. tablespoon of hazelnut oil
- 2 tbsp. roasted pine nuts
- 2 tbsp. coffee lemon juice
- Salt pepper
Steps
Step 1
Wash zucchini and slice thinly with a mandolin.
2nd step
Cook for a few minutes (they should stay crisp) in boiling water. Book.
Step 3
Prepare the seasoning by emulsifying the guacamole with the hazelnut oil.
Step 4
Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Brown the ravioli for 5 minutes over medium heat in a non-stick pan.
Step 6
Arrange your zucchini, season with guacamole sauce and sprinkle with crispy pine nuts and ravioli.
