Ginger prawn tails on gingerbread toast and mango sorbet
1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° c or th 6 . Lightly toast the slices of split gingerbread.
2. Peel the ginger and grated it finely . Remove the coriander and chop the leaves roughly.
