ingredients
4 eggs
100 g of cod egg tarama
250 g cooked beetroot
1 clove of garlic
60 g of mascarpone
3 tbsp. to s. lemon
Steps
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (tea 7); place a deep oven dish with hot water up to 2 cm from the edge (bain-marie).
2nd step
Peel, break up, mix beetroot with garlic, mascarpone, salt, pepper to obtain a smooth puree. Add the tarama and lemon, if necessary adjust the salt seasoning.
Step 3
Divide into four molds and put them in the bain-marie for 10 minutes. Break one egg into each mold, re-fry (read "Cooking" on next page).
Pepper to your taste.
Enjoy with little toasted blinis or large blinis that you will cut into sticks.
