Which brands?

Zara, Massimo Dutti, Etam, Promod, Camaïeu, Kiabi, Lacoste, Kooples, Chevignon and Longchamp all succeeded each other in the pioneers of home appliances and decoration (Darty, Fnac, Boulanger, , Conforama, Bricorama, Leroy Merlin ...). The click and collect movement is gaining momentum, since for brands, being present on all fronts (this is called "multichannel") is the future.

What does it really change?

With the click and collect , we make sure the availability of a product via the Internet, then we reserve it (or buy it) to remove it in the shop - at no cost - when it suits us. In short, we avoid spending our Saturday in crowded stores looking for the little coral dress that is missing in our dressing room. On some sites, the purchase can be settled at the time of withdrawal, avoiding to pay on the Internet. And if the article does not please us, either we do not take it, or if the payment has taken place online, we get it refunded illico. Advantages ? A real saving of time and no risk of scams on the Net.

The flat?

For the signs, the click and collect is a way of bringing the Internet customer to the shop. The main "risk" for us? Consume more. We would thus be close to one consumer out of two (40%) to crack for another article once we entered the store. Who will resist the "little trick in addition"?
